Buyer issues formal ICPO and Company Profile (CP) with Passport Copy of signatory for preliminary due diligence.
Seller issues SCO. Upon acceptance, Draft Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is issued for review.
Both parties sign and seal the SPA. Electronically signed contract is lodged with respective banks.
Seller provides PPOP: Certificate of Origin, Statement of Product Availability, and Refinery Commitment.
Buyer's inspection agency (SGS/Saybolt) verifies product Q&Q at loading port or storage terminal.
DLC/SBLC issued per SPA terms. Full POP and Bill of Lading released. Payment via MT103/TT wire transfer.
Quick Supply Co. maintains zero-tolerance compliance with all applicable international trade, AML, KYC, and sanctions regulations.
